Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are far too busy working on your site or developing your web apps, you rarely have time to keep track of what is happening with your VPS – if it is under stress or whether all the processes are running the way you expect them to. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we will do that on your behalf. Your server will be included in a custom–developed server monitoring software system and every time there’s a trace of a problem, our sysadmins will be alerted immediately.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of your data is really important – you never know when something would go wrong. And having signed for the Optional Admin Services offer, you can enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you having to install or configure anything. What’s more the backup copies will be kept on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your content will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you will have full freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are harder to run and might require some extra setup from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services solution can help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & troubleshooting operations – which means you’ll be able to basically employ one of our well–trained server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software package that you desire. Or have him fix a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
